We have customized pricing when you bundle the venue + lodging, and you can pay by check.

2026 and 2027 Event venue & lodging pricing 

Event bookings are subject to plus 8% tax.

All booking before July 20, 2026 are subject to prior agreements 

We host outdoor events June 1-Sept 30
For all weddings, we require a 2-night minimum booking of the house. 

3 days/2 nights: $7,500

4 days/3 nights: $8,500

5 days/4 nights: $9,500
For events in 2028, please reach out to discuss pricing.

Pricing includes the rental of the whole house PLUS: 

• Events may take place between 10:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.

• Check in is at 2pm and checkout is at noon.

• House that sleeps 12 (6 bed/3.5 bath)

• Access to 23 acres of beautiful manicured lawns and wooded grounds

• Outdoor ceremony spot with wooden benches. 

• Outdoor reception space with stone patio and wooden pergola

• Farmhouse tables and chairs for seated dinner for up to 120 guests

• Plastic tables for food, with table cloths

• Vintage China and silverware for up to 120

• Beautiful, unique spots for wedding photos indoors and outside

• A bridal suite with room for the bridal party to get ready together

• Caterer access to prep kitchen 

• Ample hours of prep and decorating time for caterers, florists, and musicians

• You‬‭ may‬‭ rehearse‬‭ your‬‭ ceremony‬‭ and‬‭ host‬‭ a rehearsal‬‭ dinner‬‭ (with an approved caterer) for up to 30 guests as‬‭ part‬‭ of‬ our‬‭ package.

• A portable bathroom trailer must be rented for weddings, as the historic home's bathrooms cannot accommodate a wedding crowd.‬‭ 
   

Optional Enhancements: The owner is a professional chef and offers optional catering services for your wedding, rehearsal dinner, and custom wedding cakes. A wood-fired pizza oven is also available for a unique appetizer. Any in-house culinary services must be planned and agreed upon by the client and owner before the rental contract is finalized.
