What is included with the house/outdoor space when we rent it? Tables, chairs, etc.?
Farmhouse tables and chairs, and china and silverware. The pergola—which we recommend for your reception location—is a covered space that can seat 90. Additional seating will be tented. There are multiple uncovered locations around the property to use for your ceremony. Additional packaging and pricing can be found HERE.
How do you deal with the deposit?
A 50% deposit of your chosen package is required to reserve the date with the balance being due one week prior to your arrival, also due is a $1500 damage deposit check that will be returned within a week should there be no damages.
How long do we have the space if we rent it for an event?
Our basic packages include access to the house and grounds beginning at 4pm on your check-in day and concluding at 2pm on your check-out day. You can use the space for additional time before or after for an additional charge.
Are there kitchen facilities for caterers?
Yes! We have a service kitchen that has a three-bay sink, two 6’ worktables and a two-door refrigerator. Guests can, and often do, choose to let the caterer use the main kitchen in the house which is equipped with a six-burner range, two ovens, and three sinks.
Is smoking allowed on the premises?
Smoking is not allowed within 100ft of any structure. Please ensure cigarettes are disposed of properly.
Can we decorate the house and/or outdoor spaces?
Yes! Feel free to decorate the spaces, but ensure all decorations are cleaned upon vacating the premises. Please do not use glitter, balloons, confetti, or anything that is not biodegradable and/or easily removable.
How is trash handled during/after an event?
Trash and recycling bins are provided. You must ensure it is properly sorted and placed in the bins before vacating the property.
What is the bathroom situation?
The bathroom facilities in the house can be used for those staying in the house. A portable bathroom trailer will need to be rented for ceremony guests.
