A holiday isn’t complete without brunch! In this class I will teach you to make an elegant-yet-simple brunch so you can impress your guests and still spend time with them. You will leave the class confident in your ability to make a delicious table of quiche Lorraine, brioche French toast, warm berry sauce, ginger orange scones, sweet potato hash, and mimosas.
